Brands and Listings

Manage guest screening for multiple properties and different compliance needs.

Brand Management:

Brand Management is a dedicated section where admins can create, edit, and organize their brands. This feature ensures that all Listings are associated with the appropriate brand, facilitating effective management and customization of verification workflows.

Key Features:

  • Managing Brands:

Admins can easily add, edit, or delete new brands as needed. Each brand has associated listings, which admins can move between as needed.

  • Brand Attributes:

    • Property Name: Define and edit the name of each property associated with the brand.
    • Pass Criteria: Set the criteria that listings must meet to pass the verification process.
    • Workflow Management: Add existing or new workflows to a brand to customize the verification process.
    • Theme Configuration: Customize the visual appearance of each brand by configuring themes.
    • Property Management: Move, search, and add listings under each brand.
    • Default Brand: Mark a brand as the default for quick access and initial setup.
    • Search and Delete: Easily search for brands by name and delete brands if no longer needed.

Default Brand and Workflow:

  • For first-time users, the default brand is automatically linked to the default workflow, encompassing all admin listings. This setup requires zero initial configuration, allowing admins to test the integration with AuthenticateĀ® immediately.
  • Admins can change the workflow assigned to the default brand, create new brands, and redistribute listings as needed.

Workflow Visibility:

  • The Brand Management section provides visibility into which workflow is selected for each brand, enabling admins to assess and adjust the verification criteria quickly.

Brand Selection:

The Brand Selection feature allows admins to assign different workflows to brands, enabling targeted verification strategies. This section displays all the relevant information about each brand, aiding admins in making informed decisions when assigning workflows.

Key Information:

  • Brand Name: Each brand's name or unique identifier is clearly displayed to ensure easy identification within the system.
  • View Listing: Upon selecting a brand name, admins can view the listings associated with each brand, providing a comprehensive overview of the listings under that brand.
  • Location: Upon expanding the view listing screen, each property's location (city, neighborhood, etc.) is provided. This information is crucial as location may influence the verification criteria or workflow assigned.

Important Notes:

  • The same workflow can be used for multiple brands, allowing for streamlined management of similar verification criteria across different brands.
  • The verification criteria could be the same for multiple brands, ensuring consistency in the evaluation process.
  • To avoid redundancy, the system will throw an error when adding a property already listed under another brand. The error message will state, ā€˜X Property is already listed in Brand 1ā€™ and will prevent adding the property to a different brand. Admins, however, can move listings from one brand to another as needed.

Authenticate's Brands and Listings features offer admins robust tools to manage and customize their brands and listings effectively. By leveraging these features, admins can ensure a smooth, efficient verification process tailored to each brand's unique needs.
