Streamline Your Guest Verification Process with Authenticate's Integration for SuiteOP
This guide provides a step-by-step process for integrating Authenticate with SuiteOP, a hospitality tech platform. This integration enables property hosts to automate robust identity verifications and criminal background checks on guests.

Setting Up Integration with SuiteOp for Authenticate
Integrating Authenticate with SuiteOp allows you to seamlessly perform guest background checks as part of your pre-check-in process. Follow the steps below to connect and configure Authenticate for secure and streamlined guest verification.
- Obtain Your API Key from the Authenticate Portal
a. Access API Credentials:- Visit Authenticate Portal and log in using your account credentials.
- In your dashboard, navigate to the Settings tab to find various account options.
- Locate API Credentials and click the eye icon (👁️) next to your API Key. You’ll be prompted to enter your password to view the key.
- Click the Copy button to copy your unique API Key to your clipboard. This will allow you to paste it into the SuiteOp integration setup easily.
- Connect Your Authenticate Account in SuiteOp
a. Open the Authenticate Integration in SuiteOp:- Navigate to SuiteOp Integrations and select the Authenticate Integration.
- Click on Connect Authenticate Account.
- Enter your API Key (from Step 1) and Company Access Code when prompted. These will link your SuiteOp account to Authenticate.
- Configure Your SuiteVerify Rule
- Access Verification Rules in SuiteOp: Go to Portals > Verify in SuiteOp.
- Add a Background Check Rule:
- Select Add New and choose Background Check.
- From the available options, choose your integrated Authenticate account.
- Guest Background Check Process
- Guest View on Pre-Check-in Form:
- After configuring the background check, guests will see a Background Check item in their pre-check-in form.
- Terms and Information Submission:
- Guests must agree to Authenticate.com’s terms and policies before proceeding.
- Required details include the guest’s full name, email, date of birth, phone number, and address.

- Background Check Consent: Guests will be asked to confirm their consent to the background check.
- Information Fields: Fields to input personal information will appear after consent, ensuring smooth and secure data collection.
