Account Replenishment

To ensure uninterrupted service, Authenticate® offers an automatic account replenishment feature:

  1. Automatic Replenishment: When your account balance falls below $50, if a credit card is on file, it will automatically be replenished to a predetermined amount.
  2. Manual Addition: You can manually add funds to your account anytime. This is especially useful if you anticipate higher usage than usual or wish to take advantage of promotional offers.
  3. Account Suspension: If no credit card is on file and your account balance reaches $0, your account will be temporarily suspended. Service will resume once the account is replenished.
  4. Non-Expiring Credits: The credits you purchase do not expire, allowing you to add funds according to your needs without concern for losing value over time.

Invoicing

Authenticate® settles invoices at the end of each month, providing a detailed statement of your usage:

  1. Monthly Settlements: Invoices are generated at the end of each month and include all charges accrued during that period. You will receive your invoice via email, which can also be accessed through your Authenticate® account.
  2. Insufficient Funds: If your account does not have enough balance at the time of invoice finalization, your balance may drop below the required threshold, necessitating immediate replenishment to continue service.
