How do you perform your first verification?

To Verify your first user, follow the steps below-

  1. Navigate to the “USERS” tab.

  2. Generate a verification link by clicking the “+Verification Link” Button on the top right.

  3. Choose a workflow for your user.

  4. Check the displayed box to “Fill in user information” (optional)

  5. Check the box to “directly send the verification link to your user “(optional)

  6. Click “Update” to generate the link and send it to your user

How to perform additional checks

  1. Access the Medallion™ Tab

    • Log into your Authenticate® portal and navigate to the Medallion™ tab. This area allows you to manage and configure your verification workflows.

  2. Select the Appropriate Workflow

    • Select the one that suits your current needs from the list of workflows.

  3. Choose the Checks

    • Within the workflow configuration, you will find options to select various checks that you can perform. These might include identity verification, criminal background checks, employment checks, etc. Tick the checkboxes next to the checks you wish to include.

  4. Save the Changes

    • After selecting the desired checks, click the “Save Changes” button to apply the modifications to your workflow. This action confirms the inclusion of the selected checks and updates the workflow settings accordingly.

  5. Generate and Share a Verification Link

    • Once the changes are saved, generate a verification link specific to the updated workflow. Share this link with your users so they can complete the necessary verifications.

    • The verification link can be sent directly from the portal via email or copied and shared through your preferred communication channel.
