      How to Locate the Reservation ID in Guesty via the Guest Profile

      The Reservation ID in the Guesty Integration is a unique identifier that serves as a critical link between the reservation data on Guesty and the AuthenticateĀ® portal. This ID is essential for administrators to efficiently search for specific users and access related data within the portal.

      How to Locate Your Reservation ID

      1. Access the Reservation Page: Log into your Guesty account and navigate to the "Reservations" section.
      2. View the Reservation Details: Click on the specific reservation you are interested in. This will open the reservation summary page, displaying all relevant details.
      3. Locate the Reservation ID: The Reservation ID is embedded within the URL at the top of the URL bar. It typically follows the format shown in the image above.
      4. Use the Reservation ID: Copy this ID and use it to search for the user within the AuthenticateĀ® portal. Enter the Reservation ID in the search bar to locate the corresponding User and access detailed user information.

      3. Access the Columns Tab: In the Reservations tab, look for the "Columns" option. Clicking on it will allow you to customize which data columns are visible in your reservations list.
      4. Select the Reservation ID: From the dropdown menu under ā€œReservation,ā€ locate and select the ā€œReservation IDā€ option. This will add the Reservation ID as a visible column in your reservations list.
      5. Locate the Reservation ID: The Reservation ID will now be displayed alongside other reservation details. Use this ID to search for the user on the AuthenticateĀ® portal.

      Note: The Reservation ID is a unique identifier similar to the User Access Code on the AuthenticateĀ® portal, making it essential for managing user accounts and reservations effectively.
