How to Locate the Reservation ID in Hostaway via the Reservations Tab
Finding the Reservation ID in Hostaway is straightforward. Follow the steps below to locate this essential piece of information:
- Log in to your Hostaway Account: Start by accessing your Hostaway account with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Reservations Tab: Find and click the "Reservations" tab in the main menu. This will take you to the list of all current and past reservations.
- Select User: In the Reservations tab, select "User" to view the reservation ID.
- Locate the Reservation ID: The Reservation ID will now be displayed alongside other reservation details. Use this ID to search for the user on the Authenticate® portal.
How to Locate Reservation ID in Hostaway via the Guest Portal
- Log in to your Hostaway Account: Access your Hostaway account with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Reservations Tab: Find and click the "Reservations" tab in the main menu. This will take you to the list of all current and past reservations.
- Select User: In the Reservations tab, select “User” to view the reservation ID.
- Log in to the Guest Portal: Access the guest Portal by clicking the “Guest Portal” Button.
- Copy Reservation ID: Copy the Reservation ID by clicking the “copy” icon.
Note: The Reservation ID is a unique identifier similar to the User Access Code on the Authenticate® portal, making it essential for effectively managing user accounts and reservations.
