True Continuous Monitoring™ (TCM) is an automated monitoring solution that enables businesses to proactively manage risk by continuously checking for any criminal activity associated with the user's PII. TCM helps organizations stay ahead by providing real-time alerts on arrests, warrants, incarcerations, bookings, new sanctions, money-laundering alerts, suspensions, revocations, and more. ### Coverage TCM provides access to essential public records, ensuring businesses have a complete picture of a user’s history. Key coverage statistics include: - 95%+ Coverage: Authenticate covers more than 95% of the U.S. population, with ongoing expansion. - 100,000+ New Records Daily: Our databases are updated every 60 seconds. - 24-Hour Alert Window: Receive alerts within 24 hours of a record becoming public. - 50-State Sex Offender Data: Comprehensive reporting across all U.S. states. ### How it works **Step 1: Verify User Identity** Before enrolling a user in TCM, their identity must be verified using the identity verification process. **Step 2: Enroll the User** Once the identity is confirmed: 1. Navigate to the user's profile in the Authenticate portal. 2. Select the **True Continuous Monitoring™ (TCM)** option. 3. Confirm enrollment, and TCM will begin monitoring the user in real time.
