      How it works

      Step 1: Verify User Identity

      Before enrolling a user in TCM, their identity must be verified using the identity verification process.

      Step 2: Enroll the User

      Once the identity is confirmed:

      1. Navigate to the user's profile in the Authenticate portal.
      2. Select the True Continuous Monitoring™ (TCM) option.
      3. Confirm enrollment, and TCM will begin monitoring the user in real time.

      Step 3: Receive Alerts

      If new records or updates appear for an enrolled user, you will be notified via email and webhooks with details on the detected activity.
